Wood-plastic composite material(WPC)is processed by mixing,extruding or injection molding wood flour or wood fiber and resin in crops to produce a new environmental protection material called wood-plastic composite material.This material has the advantages of environmental protection,low cost,corrosion resistance,and no harmful substances,so it has been accepted and promoted by the majority of people.Based on the concept of compatibilization and toughening,this article prepared and studied high-density polyethylene(HDPE)wood flour composites based on lessons learned.The effects of wood flour and HDPE grafted maleic anhydride(HDPE-g-MAH)modifiers on the properties of wood-plastic composites were discussed.The mechanical properties test showed that when the amount of wood powder is 40 g and the amount of HDPE-g-MAH is 2 g per 100 g of HDPE,the impact strength of the prepared composite is 2.9 kJ/m~2,which is more primitive Wood-plastic composites increased by about 20%,and the tensile strength was 19.5 MPa,an increase of about 17%over the original wood-plastic composites.The SEM photographs show that the wood flour is uniformly dispersed in the plastic phase,and the addition of HDPE-g-MAH significantly improves the interfacial bonding force between the HDPE matrix resin and the wood flour particles,so that the compatibility between the two is improved,thereby benefiting the wood-plastic composite material.The overall mechanical properties improve.A sandwich-type wood-plastic composite material was prepared by using a multi-layer composite preparation method,and HDPE,SBS,and EPDM matrix resins were added for comparative analysis respectively.Studies have shown that the mechanical properties of HDPE/WF sandwich composites with HDPE,SBS and EPDM as the interlayers are significantly better than that of ordinary wood-plastic composites,and the SBS system among the three is best.When HDPE-g-MAH was added in an amount of 2 g,the mechanical properties of HDPE/WF sandwich composites reached the maximum when the amount of wood flour was 40 g,the amount of HDPE 100 g,and the amount of SBS matrix resin was 6 g.it is good.The impact strength reached 10.54 k J/m~2 and the tensile strength reached 45.2 MPa.
