After analysed, fluorochloroaniline was prepared from o-dichlorobenzene via nitration, fluorination and reduction. The intermediate 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene was prepared from o-dichlorobenzene via nitration. This was the first step also the key step of this task and we analysed it carefully through experiments.3,4-dichloronitrobenzene was fluorinated via halogen-exchange. The best fluorinating condition was obtained after studied of fluoride solvent, fluorinating agent, phase-transfer catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, materiel ratio etc. This technics had lots of merits as low reaction temperature, cheap catalyst, low materiel ratio, high yield etc. The reduction of 3-chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene used ultrasound. This technics was much more ameliorated than routine reduction. At last, fluorochloroaniline's refinement was studied.With the aid of IR?H-NMR and GS, analyses of all products were accomplished.
