Diclofeanc is one of a new tape of non-sleroidal anti-inflammatory drug and is known as a non-hormane anti-inflammato drug . The popular used type in clinical therapy is Diclofeanc sodium (DS) at present time in china and other counties. But DS has some stimulations to the macusa. of eye and stomach etc . After using DS, the patients has the feeling of burning pain to the eyes . so it is not accepted by the patients . so we modify the structure of DS and synehased a new typeot diclofeanc acid-choline DAC, and do some anomal research texe in its anti-inflammatory . The resultes indicate that : DAC can inhibit inflammatory reactions and has some characters in its small dose. Significant anti-inflammatory effects and non- stimulation. On the base of these resultes , we do the researchwork in DAC s analytical methed.Tirst . To determine the concentration of Diclofenac acid-choline with copper acetateAbstract Diclofenac acid-choline complexes with copper acetate in pH5.0-7.2,and this compound lists green in after extracted by chloroform,the concentration was determined by Spectrophotometry.As a result,the compound absorbed most in 680nm,the standard curve had good linearity, with the correlationcoefficient 0.9994,the mol absorbing coefficient 1.62 105. The average recycle ratio was 100.21%,the relative standard deviation was 0.286%. Using Spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of Diclofenac acid-choline can receive expected result. Second, To determine the concentration of Diclofenac acid-choline with O-Phenanthroline HydrateAbstrct Diclofenac acid-choline can deoxidize iron(III) to be iron( II ) when heated, iron( II ) compounded with O-Phenanthroline Hydrate and showed color,then determined the concentration of Diclofenac acid-choline by Spectrophotometry.We found that Diclofenac acid-choline can quantitationly deoxidize iron(III) to be iron( II ) when heated by 25min in 100 C .The compound absorbed most in about 510nm, the standard curve was linear over the concentration between 0.25 and 25mg/L and with the correlation coefficient0.9996,the mol absorbing coeffcientl.30 X 105. The average recycle ratio was 99.80% ,the relative standard deviation 1.26%.This method is perfect to determine the concentration of Diclofenac acid-choline in drug analysis. Method : The content of the drugs was ditermined by uv spectrophotometry using ethanol as solvent at wavelength of 284nm . Result: The method was linear over the range of 30.0-50.0 g/ml (r=1. 0013). The mean recovery was 100. 3%, RSD was 1. 34%. Conclusion: The method was simple , rapid and precise . It was suitable for quantitative analysis of the drugs .Fourth, Determination Method of Diclofenac acid-cholin by HPLCAbstract Aim: To establish an HPLC methed for the Determination of Diclofenac acid-cholin . .
