How to integrate CAD and CAM which take the computer numerical control (CNC) for main body; how to shorten the time of transforming from products design to the products manufacturing efficiently and improve the product efficiency and the speed of product coming into the market, which is the hotspot of concurrent advanced manufacturing technology. Based on conclusion and absorption of some advanced of existing NC automatic programming system, aimed at the processing characteristic of Printed circuit board (PCB) of milling machine, to utilize the development tools such as Visual C++6.0 and ObjectARX2002 integration, the thesis study and develop a set of 2-demension NC automatic programming system based on AutoCAD2000. the works of thesis are as follows:Chapter 1: analyses the development condition of technology of the automatic programming of numerical control and the present situation applied in domestic and international, expatiate the major purpose and meaning of the paper and the background of selection of subject of paper; Chapter 2: Analyze and expatiate the basic principle of automatic programming systemï¼› Have introduced system development method and development tools. Discussed and designed the system overall function and every function modular in detail; Chapter 3: Analyze and expatiate processing characteristic of milling machine; Study the method of mathematic tracsacting in NC automatic programming systemChapter 4: Analyzed and studied generation algorithms of 2 dimension outline tool's position data; Study and analyze the method of getting the processing data of numerical control from the graphical file in AutoCAD2000, as well as the method of compositor of graphics and the identification of graphics, expatiated the method and the course of G code automatically generation and checking; Chapter 5: Analyzed and discussed the basic algorithm of dynamic simulation of the instruction of numerical control;Chapter 6: summarize the system developing and the problem existing in the system.
