The objectives of this paper were to study distribution, residues, and toxicity in the tissue after withdrawal of Clenbuterol HCL in mouse and swine. Mouse were allotted into 4 groups and swine were allotted into 3 groups with several diverse oral dose of Clenbuterol HCL. To observe exceptional behave and to dissect in order to pathology and residues analysis after thirty days in mouse and thirty-five days in swine.The result showed ELISA was convenient and effective measure to examine Clenbuterol HCL and could be utilized by country inspection department. Clenbuterol HCL residues were remarkably proportional to dietary Clenbuterol HCL level(P < 0.01) in mouse . When oral dose was equal the highest concentration of Clenbuterol HCL residues were found in liver and kidney. The amounts of Clenbuterol HCL residues were in mouse treatment 3: 263.3ng/g in kidney, and 242.8ng/g in liver. The amounts of Clenbuterol HCL residues were found in swine treatment 2: 415.5ng/g in kidney, and 350.8ng/g in liver. Because liver had biggish bulk, residues Clenbuterol HCL long remained and slowly eliminate in liver, it was the best target tissue for the detection of Clenbuterol HCL in edible tissues. Animal appeared exceptional behavior and appearance, and their livers, lungs, kidneys, and scrofula appeared visible pathologic changes.These results indicate that it can availably prevent mistake judge and poisoning affair by observe animal appearance, behavior and liver, lung, kidney and scrofula firstly, to estimate whether they are exceptional, then it is better to eliminate questionable body, and to make last measure by ELISA.
