| This thesis studied on the sythesis and biological activities of sclareol derivations in-order to find high bioactivity lead compounds or new candidates. The main results are asfollows: 1. Seven sclareol derivatives have been synthesised in one step starting from sclar-eol.These compounds have been identified mainly by spectroscopic methods including 13C-NMR, H-NMR and MS. 1 â‘ 2-hydroxy-2,5,5,9-tetramethyl-1-(3-methyl-4,5-dichloro-3-pentanolyl)decahydronaph-thalene; â‘¡ 2-dichloro-2,5,5,9-tetramethyl-1-(3-methyl-3,4-dichloropentanyl)decahydronap-hthalene; â‘¢ 2-hydroxy-2,5,5,9-tetramethyl-1-(3-methyl-4,5-dibromo-3-pentanolyl)decahydr-onaphthalene; â‘£ (13R)-manoyl oxide; ⑤13,14,15,16-tetranorlabdano-8?,12-lactone; â‘¥2-hydroxy-2,5,5,9-tetramethyl-1-(3-methyl-3,5-dihydroxyl-4-pentanoneyl)decahydronaphthal-ene; ⑦ 2-methyl-2,5,5,9-tetramethyl-1-(3-bromo-3-methyl-4-pentenyl)-?1(2)-elevenhydrona-phthalene. 2. At the concentration of 1000μg?mL-1, compound NO.2 was more strong activeagainst the spores of Fusarium solani than sclareol. It showed higher inhibition rateagainst the mycelia of Exserohilum turcicum than sclareol. Compound NO.3 was inten-sive active against the spores of Alternaria longipes. It also showed high inhibition activities against the spores of Exserohilum turcicum and Bipolaris sorokiniana. Compo-und NO.4 was intensive active against the spores of Bipolaris sorokiniana. CompoundNO.5 was intensive activities against the mycelia of Gibbere zeae and the spores of F-usarium solani. It was high bioactivities against the mycelia of Fusarium solani, thespores of Exserohilum turcicum and Bipolaris sorokiniana. Compound NO.6 was intens-ive active against themycelia of Gibbere zeae , the spores of Bipolaris sorokiniana, F-usaumsolani and Exserohilum turcicum. Compound NO.7 was high inhibition activeagainst the spores of Fusarium solani. 3. The results of insecticidal and herbicidal biosaay showed that all sclareol deriv-atives had no markedly activties against Mythimna separata, Amaranthus retroflexus, Setaria viridis ï½ï½Žï½„ Echinochloa crusgallis,. |
