Membrane technology has been an efficient industrialized separation technology。The application areas is being expanded day and day。At present, fermentation industry develops rapidly。 It's important to use new separation technology to reform the traditional process。 So, fermentation is one of the most perspective areas in which the membrane technology will be applied with the fermentation developing。The application of membrane technology in Vc broth has been studied: ultrafiltration(UF) for clarification and nonafiltration(NF) for concentration, membrane fouling and cleaning。The thesis includes three sections:First,some basic knowledge about the membrane separation technology are presented , stressing on UF and NF。 The principle of the fouling and cleaning of membrane are introduced too。 The current situation of some applications has been summed up。Second, in the Vc purifying experiments,three kinds UF membrane are used。The thesis centers on the processing parameters, separation efficiency,the product yield,membrane flux, difiltration and concentration times。The results show that the ratios of separation and clarification of the permeate for Suntar-Ⅲ are more excellent than the others used in the experiment。The yield and the concentration times,membrane flux up to 99.45%,15,110.5 L/m2 h,respectively。In concentration experiment,Suntar-472 and Suntar-383 are better than the others used in the experiment。 The losing ratio are both controlled under 2%。The membrane flux and concentration times are 8.37 L/m2 h,1.8,,6.0 L/m2 h,2.0,respectively。Third,the configurations of the foulants on the membrane surface have been investigated qualitatively by SEM. Including Mycelium,the ingredients of foulant consist of organic compounds, mainly. After cleaning, the membrane flux and the operating lasting are also studied。 The recovering ratio are 97.8%and 88.45 ,respectively, for S-001# and S-002#。The effects of different cleaning reagents have been compared。...
