Cyclocarya Paliurus(Batal)Iljinsk, belonging of Juglandaceae,deciduous tree to 10-30m tall, species endemic to China, distributed inthe south of the Yangtze basin, growing at altitudes of 420-2500m. The people have browed up tea with the leaves of CyclocaryaPaliurus(Batal) Iljinsk for a long time in folk in somewhere of China,called it for godly tea, for tasting of sweet, for the tea has function of cureof diabetes, reducing high blood sugar,high blood lipid, high bloodpressure and adiposity . The efficiency of the leaves of Cyclocarya Paliurus(batal)Iljinsk wasproved by institute for health care science and hospital, by means ofanimal and clinic experiment. So it cause much attention of scientist andtechnologist. They studied the chemical constituents of this tree leaves. In this paper, I plucked the leaves from Yonghu in Guilin. To detectthe content of inorganic elements. I adopted the method of chemistry andanalysis apparatus. To gain the pure compounds, I do as follows: Thisleaves was extracted 75%EtOH and were contracted under reducedpressure. This residue was extracted by Acetone again. This acquisitionwere chromatographiced on silia gel column separation, SepadexLH-20to separate it. I succeed in getting the pure compounds which seperatedfrom leaves of Cyclocarya Paliuras. They were identified as Kaempferol① quercetin ② flavonoide and flavonids glycoside ③ cyclocaricsteroidal ④ alkaloids ⑤ fatty acid on the basic of spectra1 data andchemical properties.
