The Determination Of Biology Active Matters By Luminol's Electrochemiluminescence In Different Mediums

The ECL behavior of luminol system in neutral medium has been studied by our research group. Based on the study of the ECL system, the effect of glutathione on the ECL was studied. The quenching effect of glutathione on the ECL was found. Reduced glutathione quenched this ECL intensity because it can reduce the concentration of freedom radical in the luminol -I" system. Therefore a novel sensitive method for the determination of reduced glutathione is developed based on it..The linear response range of this method is from 3.38 10-13mol/L to 4.72 10-3mol/L.This method is the most sensitive one and its linear range is widest among the literatures that have been reported.The effect of VK3 on the ECL of luminol in neutral and alkaline medium was comparatively studied. For the sensitiveness and determination time, VK3 was determined in neutral medium better than in alkaline medium. Through this comparative study, a novel method for the determination of VK3 in neutral medium was established.The linear response range of this method is from 3.20 10-9mol/L to 5.09 10-6mol/L, and the detecting limit is 3.20 X 10-9mol/L...
