In this paper, the mesoporous silica material was synthesized by pre-hydrolytic under the condition of above the isoelectric point of silica, pH wads 2-5, The synthesized material uses polymer surfactant and non-ionic surfactant -oligomeric alkyl-ethylene oxide as template. The synthesis process of silica material was analysed here, it is believed that the factors of acidity, reaction temperature have significant effects on the synthesized mesoporous material.We followed SAXS, SEM techniques to identified and confirmed the structure of mesoporous silica material. Above the isoelectric point of silica, pH wads 2-5, uses polymer surfactant as template, the mesoporous silica material SBA-15. was synthesized, the results of SAXS show that mesoporous silica material particles are various in appearance and the more orderly arranged, the more they become regular in shape and size.The external shape of mesoporous material was changed with the addition of salt, it was showed clearly on the SEM spectrum.
