Textile oil agents play an important role when fibers are processed in the manufactory. It can increase fibers'smoothness, reduce the frictions between the fibersand machines, decrease the statics. Textile oil agent is composed by one or more surfactants. Surfacants is a contraction for surface active agent, which can increase the surface activity. Since the technology quick develops, the amount of flux is increasing in chemical technology, at the same time the demand of the performance of synthetic fiber oil agent is rigidly requested. Thereby analyzing the excellent import synthetic fiber oil agent is a shortcut for developing our synthetic fiber oil agent.For shorten the gap of inner plant and outer craft brother the task entrusted by the inner plant analyzes the import synthetic fiber oil agent. So that knows the development, serving as the reference for the inner plant.Dynamic and static ion exchange method, and silica gel column chromatography were used to separate ion and nonion components in synthetic fiber oil agent of unknown composition, respectively. FTIR and NMR methods were used to determine the structures of separated components. Preliminary quantitative analysis was carried out. The chemical compositions of the synthetic fiber oil agent were determined satisfactorily. At last we can gain the contents of every composition by weight method.Separate the component of flux on the basis of the polarity of organic solvent bycolumn chromatography and the gradient mobile phase. Collect the solvent of gradient volume by weighing bottles. After the solvent in the weighing bottles volatilitied, weigh the mass of leftover. Weighing bottles'numbers being abscissa and the leftover being y-axis, draw the charts of the column chromatography, then gain the most appropriate solvent.The components in the weighing bottles of the peak in the column chromatography charts are identified by IR and NMR, and gain the accurate results.
