Nickel plating can obtain the membrane with excellent characteristic. In characteristic, this membrane have some advantages which electroplate layer can't hold, so that, electroless nickel plating technology is developing at full speed and widely used. But as the developing of electroless nickel plating technology. The problem of how to deal with spent electroless nickel plating baths outstanding day by day. Many researchers both home and overseas attracted in it.Concerning characteristics of spent electroless nickel plating baths. This thesis, which targets on the typical Spent electroless nickel plating baths with citrate as its compellation, research on two aspects concerning the character of the wastewater. Two aspects of research have been conducted in this article. On the one hand, after recycling the expensive mental-nickel from the Spent electroless nickel plating baths slaked lime and chloride of time are added to further the treatment. the result indicates that , with the temperature of nickel plating wastewater is 80℃and the addition of is 80 g/l the recycling rate of Ni2+ is 98%; After recycling, and adding the chloride of lime, the concentration of Ni2+in the wastewater is less than 1mg/l, and the overall phosphorus is less than 8mg/l. this makes it to arrive at the national standard the concentration of heavy metals in the phosphorus containing sludge is less than 1.5mg/kg this enables the sludge to be used as fertilizer. On the other hand from the view of prolonging the life of nickel plating solution dangerous ingredients is removed, then. Effective ingredients is added in order to purified recycle the spent electroless nickel plating baths. The result indicates that, in the ancient temperature spent electroless nickel plating baths gets through intermediate and ion exchanger subsequently. In the process , , can be removed. the removal rate is 50%, 30%, 60% . Furthermore, trace can also be removed. According to the ingredients of the solution, effective ingredients are added proportionally spent electroless nickel plating baths can be purified and regenerated, then, the solution is recycled to plating plant .The analyses of the plating layer indicates that the solution can satisfied the recycling requirements. In addition, the kinetics of the equilibrium of lime stone resolution has been studied in operating conditions. As can be seen from the discussion of the kinetics equilibrium, the mathematics model of the resolution of lime stone can properly predict the characteristic of lime stone resolution and the effects of various causes. The results have some directing senses in the practical operation.
