Nowadays, the CO2 gas protective welding is the most prevalent welding method. But the splash effect its use. There are two ways to settle this problem: non-electical method and electrical method. In the aspects of electrical method, people bring forward surface tension transfer (STT) wave control following the development of high-power electronics power apparatus. Comparing with any tranditional method, it is the most acurate and correct to restrain splash.This article chose the best curve of current and voltage basing on Guass function and put the curve into SRAM. It realizes CO2 gas protective welding via two dimensions fuzzy controller tracing the curve. Firstly, the article emulates the two dimensions fuzzy controller via Matiab, this proves fuzzy control table is correct; Secondly, this article emulates main circuit and differential magnification circuit via Multisim 2001, this proves PWM chop wave circuit are correct and choses differential magnification apparatus in order to restrain excursion. Moreover, this article designs experimential set of hardware and soft ware system. The experiment proves the scheme of settle the problem of splash is correct.The emulation of this article proves STT wave control scheme is feasible; the experimential system build the base of the application in the future.
