| In this paper, the key technologies?of CAPP system based on case-based reasoning (CBR) are researched in order to shorten prepare time,?gain?competitive?advantage?of the enterprise and promote the application level of CAPP. The method of CBR is used?for blanking process decision and reasoning. In CBR of blanking process, case-based presentation model, similarity retrieval algorithm, case-based reuse and revise are studied. The following aspects are included in this paper:The relevant researches and the newest trends are summarized on CAPP. The blanking process design of CBR is proposed. Function model of blanking CAPP system based on case is constructed, and the design flow of process planning is arrived. Based on the above works, the framework of blanking CAPP system is built.The part presentation model based on CBR and process model are studied and constructed. The extended object model is used?for the part presentation models based on CBR in CAPP system, which can support information processing in CBR phase.The similarity algorithm of blanking part based on shape information is proposed. In this paper, the recognition algorithm on geometric shape feature is introduced. Some basic measures of shape similarity including external and internal features are proposed. Methods?of calculating the degree of similarity are designed. This algorithm can solve the problem of the part similarly calculation and find the similar part and production processing accurately in order to?guide the process of?CAPP.The blanking part CAPP system based on CBR is implemented and a prototype system is developed. This prototype system includes the?following parts:?information input of case model and blanking part, case retrieval structure, similarity calculation of case feature, process modification and plan evaluation based on CBR. At last, the work of the thesis is summarized and the future researches are given. |
