With the popularization of stress analysis software and its friendly user interface,the widely use of stress analysis in industrial design is possible.Through stress analysis,designers can more clearly understand the stress status of products;new production technical,such as additive manufacturing,reduce the constraints of design to a lower level.The combination of mechanical analysis and new shape design makes the product more beautiful and lightweight on the condition of meeting the basic performance.In order to increase the strength of products and reduce the waste of design,this paper carries out a way of product modeling design from the perspective of stress equilibrium analysis.This paper expounds the basis theoretical background by the analysis and research on the basic mechanics theory;expounds the external historical conditions of the research by the analysis and Research on the 3D printing;expounds the methodology and positions of this paper by study and analysis the modeling design methodology.Then analyze and modeling several basic mechanical models,to obtain the basic elements of shape design modeling.Then apply the research methods on two classic chairs to verify this research method.Through the research above,a design optimization method based on mechanical analysis is formed.When analyzing the basic mechanical structure,the theoretical direction of its shape is obtained through the relevant mathematical calculation.Then the stress distribution is recognized through the iterative analysis of the analysis software,the stress concentration is dispersed and the stress capacity is improved,then the material utilization rate is increased.For some existing designs,referring to the conclusion of the basic mechanical structure,and the software iterative analysis,the mechanical properties of the structure can be improved without affecting its appearance.Through this paper,the designer can master this analysis method,optimize the mechanical properties of the design through analysis,have the ability to understand the mechanics of common structures,and have the ability to analyze complex structures through software,and design new forms under the new technology.
