Practice Of The Rebuild And Study Of The Reliability For The Heavy Equipment

Based on the Huazhong-1 CNC System with Open System Architecture,this dissertation designs and implements the CNC system for the heavy equipment(lather),which includes its architecture, control software of machining process and hardware.At present,the CNC system with open system architecture(OSACNC) is the trend over the world.the dissertation discusses the meaning and the archtecture of the OSACNC,makes valuable research on its multi-level design method.the Huazhong-1 CNC system is also discussed because of its advanced technology and open architecture based on the IPC. Reliability is very important for the heavy equipment,so, we have Discussed the meaning of reliability on the blur in this dissertation.Final is the summary of the dissertation and outlook of the future research work.
