Based on rock mechanics, explosion mechanics, experimental mechanics, and analog simulation theory as the foundation, from the deep hole pre-splitting blasting antireflection mechanism, the similar simulation experiment two aspects to obtain, in view of the deep hole pre-splitting blasting weakening dirt band technology of coal seam are studied and analyzed.First of all, the weakening of deep hole pre-split blasting in coal seam hard thick layer of the general introduction, the current research situation of blasting crushing principle, the adjacent two cannons Kong Ji blasting principle, two adjacent hole interval blasting principle, deep hole pre-splitting blasting damage and explosive load calculation of basic principle and method of the theoretical analysis and research, it is concluded that the whole process of the blasting and deep-hole pre-splitting blasting effect, etc.the experiment was designed by calculation reasonable blasting parameters, is a deep hole pre-splitting blasting similar simulation experiment provides the theoretical support.Recycling experimental mechanics and similar simulation test, to 13 seam containing dirt band thin coal seam similar simulation experiment as the research object, using material proportioning test accurately reproduce the scene of the actual distribution of rock; To simulate the weakening deep hole pre-split blasting in working face coal bed in the hard thick layer, the dynamic process of the deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology in the same strata with different hole arrangement, hole spacing and weakening of coal seam under different ways of initiating a similar simulation experiment, the effect of dirt band measure more accurate stress and strain and the change of resistivity data, observed the effect of a thick layer of broken.
