Based on the investigation, analysis and study on current situation of modify zeolite the dissertation systematically discusses that the surface-active agent CPB is used to modify the natural zeolite and the oxyacid-anion and organic matter in waste water, carry on systematic research, this research doesn't appear at home. The research contents are as follows:(1) The natural zeolite modified by CPB and HDTMA separately, water are treated with the modify zeolite is prepared. Then it's used to deal with the result deal with the waste water including Cr (Ⅵ).After that the comparation between the effecticeness of two surface-active agent modify zeolite in treating waste water with Cr (Ⅵ) is made . The experimental result shows : the efficiency of CPB modify zeolite is 4~5 times as much as that of HDTMA modify zeolite in dealing with waste water containing Cr (Ⅵ ). (2) Optimum conditions for CPB modify zeolite: CPB solution's concentration is 1.5% ; modifying time is 36h ; modifying temperature is 25℃. (3) Optimum condition of CPB modify zeolite treating waste water containing Cr (Ⅵ): adsorbing temperature is 25℃ ; adsorbing time is 30min ; absorption rate is over 90% , when initial concentration of Cr(VI) in waste water is 50mg/L , volume of waste water is 25ml , and modified zeolite's consumption is 2g . (4) By using modify CPB zeolite to treat waste water containing phenol for some influential factors of phenol's absorption rate are studied. The experimental result shows that Optimum condition of CPB modify zeolite treating waste water containing phenol are : adsorbing temperature is 35℃; initial concentration of phenol in waste water is 300mg/L ; pH is 6;Adsorbing time is 24h. Absorption rate is over 70%, when initial concentration of phenol in waste water is 300mg/L, volume of waste water is 20ml, and modified zeolite's consumption is 4g.(5) CPB modify zeolite that no longer has any effect after treating waste water containing Cr (Ⅵ) or phenol ,can resume more than 80% of it's ability to dispose of Cr (Ⅵ) or phenol through regeneration , and can make a lot of regeneration reuse .This research offers reliable data to the application of natural zeolite and cation surface-active agent in the fields of water treatment. The results show that CPB is a fine modifying agent for natural zeolite.
