At the moment, following the high-speed development of society, the pollution of industrial effluents is becoming serious. The use of the zeolite is becoming increasingly wider and deeper in wastewater treatment. The zeolite as industrial crude material is pollution-free renewable, it has remarkable adsorption property. Today, we pay attention to environmental protection and afforestation, and we can deal with the harmful substance in the effluent and recycle the effluent, the research of zeolite has wide range of potential application and space for development.13X zeolite has proper channel diameter and open frame skeleton structure and is a kind of favourable adsorbent. We did the study to absorb the calcium ions in the effluent and tried on the regeneration after captured from the calcium. Results showed the best process condition of13X zeolite adsorption. When the adsorbent temperature was of25.0℃, the adsorbent time was90min, the oscillation intensity was200r/min, zeolite dosage was0.5g, zeolite adsorption amount was larger for calcium ions. The zeolite can be recycled after the adsorption of wastewater. We did screening test on the regenerant, and we studied various operating conditions to investigate regeneration status, through the adsorption, we evaluated the regeneration. It turned out that when the regeneration temperature was25.0℃, the oscillation intensity was100r/min, the regeneration time was120min, the strength of regenerant was2.5mol/L, regenerant dosage was100ml, the regenerative zeolite is best to adsorb.For powdered13X zeolite and different binder, we studied the binder selection and choosed the optimum binder. We choosed the best preparation technology condition to manufacture granular zeolite and measured the loss rate in aqueous solution and the adsorption efficiency on the calcium ions. The results indicated that the effect was better of attapulgite with zeolite. We made granular adsorbent with the best technology conditions. The loss rate of granular absorbent was lowest when the ratio of binder and zeolite was3:17, calcination temperature was500℃, roasting time was2.5h, coal powder dosage was0.09g/10g. We prepared the granular adsorbent with different size, then we studied the adsorption performance of zeolite to Ca2+. Form the factors of the dosage on the granular adsorption, the adsorbent time, the oscillation intensity, and the adsorbent temperature, we did the experiment that granular absorbent who with different grain size absorbed the calcium ions. Results declared that the adsorption characteristics were best when the adsorbent time was60min, oscillation intensity was230r/min, the adsorbent temperature was50℃, the dosage was4g/L for the grainy zeolite of0.45mm to0.90mm, and when adsorbent time was60min, oscillation intensity was215r/min, the adsorbent temperature was50℃, the dosage of absorbent was8g/L for the grainy zeolite of1.3mm to2.0mm.We investigated the powdered zeolite and granular zeolite, and found that the powdered zeolite was better for the adsorption, but the granular zeolite was more convenient to use on industrial production.
