With the development of computer,control technology and communication technology, theprocess control system is becoming from distributed control system(DCS) to fieldbus controlsystem . The new generation opening automation system structure is composed of industry processintelligent automation instrument and fieldbus opening control system .This question for discussion is based on automation instrument and system "the fifth" layout ofour country that the Economy Trade Committee established: the mew generation main controlsystem and the integration automation exploiture and industrialization . This layout mostlycomprises fieldbus control system and opening control system based on computer. Furthermore , thequestion for discussion is based on advanced original technology industry which is firstly developedof our country's Development Plan committee: the mostly opening distributed control system andintelligent instrument based on fieldbus system. The research object of the question for discussionis vulcanization process, aim at the tyre vulcanization technics ,the task designs a tyrevulcanization fieldbus control system. Based on PROFIBUS of Simens Corporation , the taskexplores the main control system and watch control system by "KINVIEW" of our country . In chemistry industry, the process is multi-variable, heavy coupling ,uncertainy,nonlinear,information inadequacy, restriction condition and pure lag. During the tyrevulcanization process, ,the temperature and press depend on appending saturation steam to realize ,and the traditional PID control can not achieve the control precision , the task design an immunePID controller to this problem, and improves the control level. Furthermore, during the tyrevulcanization process , every place of the tyre finally state is determined by the temperature course.But for the tyre's interior temperature can not be measured accurately in the practicality production.In order to know the tyre's interior temperature during the vulcanization process, the task uses NNto forecast tyre's interior temperature. The forecast result indicates that this method is feasible andeffective.
