Titanium and titanium alloy pipes, as the important products in rare metal materials, are widely applied in precision machinery manufacturing, aerospace and defense industries. Vacuum anneal furnace is the main production equipment in rare metal pipe production process. Its main function is to improve the heat pipe vacuum annealed rare metal production efficiency of equipment and product quality. This topic is designed on the basis of many bus technology rare metal pipe vacuum anneal furnace monitoring system.This topic mainly focuses on the control requirement analysis of rare metal pipe vacuum furnace annealing process and production equipment and the variable parameter PID control strategy based on the characteristics of the adaptive immune genetic algorithm with the consideration of the large vacuum annealing temperature lagging, strong coupling, nonlinearity. Besides, Based on the characteristics of rare metal pipe vacuum anneal furnace equipment, PROFIBUS is combined with RS-485bus technologies to form a monitoring system of network structure. The Distributed Control System is constructed with the industrial control computer for PC and intelligent instrument as the upper-lever machine while the PLC as the lower-level machine. The PC monitoring software in the upper-level machine adopts Beijing Control Configuration software KingVIEW6.53as the development design platform. It implements the data display in the pipe vacuum anneal furnace production process, man-machine interface to the whole process, operation and management of monitoring and control system. Process control of the vacuum annealed equipment is accomplished through the control programming using the Simens control program step7writing software, to realize automatic detection and control in the production process.The equipment debugging and actual operation shows that this monitoring system can achieve the precise control of vacuum degree, annealing temperature and temperature uniformity in the rare metal pipe vacuum anneal furnace production process. It also has wide application prospects in the metallurgical industry.
