Research On Normalization And Printing'run Of Offset Platemaking Process

The quality of printing depends on the quality of plate directly. So it is very imporant to carry on standardization to control copying. The article mainly introduces the whole platemaking workflow, factors influencing the qualify of plate, and how to improve the qualify .In the experiment part of the thesis, study the Meihang Regenerate PS Plate. In the course of experiment, The article chooses three factors influencing the quality of plate because of experimental facilities. They are exposing time, density of developing solution and developing time. Then design the experiment according to the theories. Finally through analyzing, find out exposing time, density of developing solution and developing time, which influences the quality of plate seriously, the influence relation of them (reciprocation) and matching the data bestly among the them.Experiment data was processed by the least squares procedure curve imitating technology, and the curve formula was found. Analyzed the abrasion of light-sensitive coating in printing, and found the rule of light-sensitive coating abrasion.
