| Silk-screen printing development has a long history, and there is a lot of research for printing ink which is used for silk-screen printing of different function. These printing ink is generally used under normal atmospheric temperature terms, but high-temperature resistant silk-screen printing ink which refers to glass print and pottery print mainly now is used under high temperature. The required temperature of printing condition is different as print media and printing technology are different, some heat-resistance printing ink can resist high temperature (more than 600 degrees Centigrade ) and roast l-2min, and some can resist higher temperature which reaches more than 1000 degrees Centigrade .This paper studies special heat-resistance silk-screen printing ink which is used under special temperature terms, which is from 180 to 200 degrees Centigrades, and can resist baking of three hours. This kind of printing ink resists longer time toasted , lower temperature than normal heat-resistance printing ink, and specially is used in printing emery wheek Glass container. At present, some printing technical developing advanced countries at abroad have developed this special printing ink, but our country studies relatively lack. The special heat-resistance printing ink which our country studies at high temperature has phenomenon of change color. The printing ink which is used for the domestic top-grade products depend on import. In order to solve the change color problem of ink, developing the printing ink which meets the need and replaces importing the printing ink, the concrete content of the paper is summed up as follows: 1. Choose the basic prescription of the heat-resistance silk-screen printing ink. According to analysis result in theory, we canmodify prescription in two factors link material and pigment. 2. Improve the basic prescription through a large amount of tests. 3. Find the best prescription through measuring the color error and hue error in the improved prescription.Through the research of this paper, can find better prescription of silk-screen printing ink which is high-temperature resistance and does not change color. If the prescription is applied to production practices, develop the printing ink that performance reaches the foreign equal level and can replace the imported printing ink, it will bring the good economic benefits. |
