With continuous development of economy,science and technology innovation,people increasingly demanding on the performance of the materials,industrial materials is more and more high to the requirement of their own performance,especially the metal materials has become a skeleton of the whole industrial production system.To metal materials,Metal material failure by friction and wear to the consumption of the world energy consumption at 30~50%,cause significant economic losses to the society and country.So to make use of the material surface engineering technology,to give more excellent properties of metal materials and improve the surface wear resistance performance at the same time.Graphene unique structural characteristics to endow them with excellent various performance,perfect antifriction wear-resisting performance,has potential application in enhancing metal surface wearability value.In order to solve the problem of graphene with the metal binding force is not strong,In this paper,we take the method of Silk-screen printing combine with the thermal spraying,for maximum play to the excellent properties of graphene,as little as possible to introducte tha other metal particles,preparation of Graphene-Fe composite coating and take the SEM,tribology performance analysis and mechanical properties research,to explore the best process parameter combination.This paper adopts the method of silk screen printing for the first time,make the graphene coating on steel substrate,preparation of composite coating combined with thermal spraying,solution the graphene with the metal binding force is not strong and also solve the problem of traditional preparation composite coating metal powder doped graphene distribution.Provides a new way of making of graphene composite coating.By analyzing its tribological performance,we find that graphene join reduces the friction coefficient of the coating and graphene distribution more uniform,the smaller the coefficient of friction,reduce the friction coefficient in the range at 25~35%.Through the determination of its wearing capacity,we find that the addition of graphene to improve the wear resistance of the coating performance and the more content of graphene,coating wear resistance the better.Through analyzing the mechanical properties of conclusions that the addition of graphene reduces the adhesion strength of the coating and substrate,improve the hardness of coating.Under the condition of the same process,the addition of graphene reduces the adhesion strength of the coating and substrate in the range of 7~18%;and the addition of graphene improved the coating hardness,since the stiffness of the composite coating measured discrete sex is stronger,so we can not obtain accurate range.In this article,through the above analysis,summarizes a set of relatively complete technological process and the best parameter combination,to exploit the metal surface plating graphene composite coating application in the field of tribology has a great theoretical and practical significance,to enrich and develop the graphene further application in material surface engineering,has important academic value.
