This paper developed a method for extracting resveratrol and piceid in wine by the solid phase extraction(SPE).The SPE of resveratrol and piceid was carried out on warian-C18 cartridge, and the cartridge was preconditioned by washing with ethyl acetate, followed by 96% ethanol(v/v) and 12% ethanol(v/v). After the sample through the cartridge, a subsequent washing step was performed by deionized water followed by 12% ethanol (pH=8.0) . The cartridge was then dried for 20 min by application of a vacuum . The absorbed resveratrol and piceid was washed with ethyl acetate. Through test, the recoveries of trans-resvertrol and trans-piceid were 98.7% and 98.3% respectively.This paper developed a method for determining resveratrol and piceid in wine by TLC fuorescence sanning. Resveratrol and piceid were exacted from wine by SPE with C18 cartridge.The separation was accomplishid on polyamide plate by development using the mobile phase benzene-methanol - methanoic acid(10:5:l). The contents of resvertrol and piceid were determined by TLC fuorescence sanning. The calibration curves of four components showed good linearity in the range of 2.0~27.7ng. The recoveries were 97.1%~98.5% with RSD 2.0%~3.2%. The result showed that the method is convenient, rapid,sensitive and low cost. This method can be not only used to exactly quantity, it can also be used to do rapid qualitative analysis and compendium quantitative analysis with no special apparatuses.This paper developed a method for determining resveratrol and piceid in wine by SPE-HPLC. Resveratrol and piceid were exacted from wine by SPE with C18 cartridge,and separated on Hypersil C18 comuln.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water.A linear gradient elution was required to the separation.The PDA detector monitors at 306nm and 288nm.The calibration curves of four components showed good linearity .The correlation coefficient were 0.9973-0.9999.The average recoveries were 97.4%~98.8% with RSD 2.1%-3.2%.The detection limits for resverartol and piceid were 0.002 mg.L-1-0.005mg.L-1.The result showed that the method is convenient, rapid,sensitive and accurate.The content of resverartol varies with wines. In general, the better the wine is , the higher the content of resverartol, while the bad wine has a low content of resverartol ,even not have any. So we can evaluate the wine through determining the content of resverartol. It's the main purpose of this research.
