Humidicold technique has a particular advantage in preserving fruit and vegetable fresh,making refrigeratory's temperature decrease appropriate temperature and refrigeratory's relative humidity about 95%. the mixed heat exchanger provides high humidity and low temperature air for humidicold system, so it is a hard-core part.The mixed heat exchanger in humidicold system is the primary researchful object and that humidicold technique could economize energy and improve effect in preserving fruit and vegetable fresh is the total goal. By academic and experimental analysis, establishing actual effect and applied meaning.Being related to the engineering practice, this paper systemically analyzed the mixed heat exchangers of two kinds of blasts in humidicold system. Including :Analyzing the effect of decreasing the temperature and increasing the humidity of the mixed heat exchanger;By changing water and air mass velocity, gaining many experimental values; applying program and linear regression, obtaining two formulas: relationship between mass transfer coefficients and water and air mass, relationship between drop of pressure and water and air mass:kHa =2.357L~0.657G~0.188 ; P=38.613L~0.258G~0.520 ; kH.a =2.927L~0.640G~0.267. which provide reference for refrigeratory's use and design.By comparing two kinds of mixed heat exchangers, evaluating the effect and performance of the system..Results show: the transverse mixed heat exchanger is better than the contranatant mixed heat exchanger.
