Wuhan is the centers of economy, science, technology, and education. The whole region is divided into three separate parts of Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang by the Yangtze Rivers and Hanjiang river, which having the important strategic position in the whole country.In the Wuhan region, being a multi- functional water body and important water source, the Wuhanurban reach of the Hanjiang River plays a very important role in watering, shipping, dustry and agriculture. The quality of the water body ha s a directinfluence on the development of Wuhan City, such as economic construction, social sustainable development, etc.This paper is studying the mathematics model, which is about the polluting regulation with nitrogen in Wuhan urban reach of Hanjiang River. With understanding in the base of mathematics model which is about the regulation of nitrogen pollutant migration in the river and the water quality, through tidying and analyzing the data which is about the water regulation waterpower and water quality, we could find the mathematics model adapting to the Hanjiang River in Wuhan. Then we could choose the rational method of opting parameter by the actual watching data, and finally ensure the mathematics model. And also, we use the simulate method to study the disciplinarian and developing stream about changing of water quality and nitrogen pollution in Hanjiang River.With the collection of data in the past we could find that the summit of the bad water quality is in the dry season.This paper collected the the dry season data about hydrology and water quality of Wuhan urban reach of Hanjiang River in 2000. According to the actual circs and the need of study, I choose the O'Connom model in steady single dimension of water quality models which are applying widely in and aboard. Then through analyzing and tidying the dry season data about hydrology and water quality and referring to the correlation literatures, I could adopt the multi-parameter method to ensure the parameters about the mathematics model in HanjiangRiver of Wuhan. Finaly, I use the dry season data about hydrology and water quality in The Hanjiang river of Whuhan city in 2000 to testify the model.After being checked, the parameters are relatively rational and the resultspredicted are relatively credible. So, the model can be used to provide the basis forenvironmental assessment of water environment, prevention and cure in pollutantand plan and anagement of water resource in the dry season of the Wuhan urban reach of Hanjiang River.Finally, I used the founded mathematics model of water quality supposing that the flux and discharging amount of pollution in three different changing circs to do a simulate calculation about the water quality, especially do a compare in the simulate charts about the NH3-N which is mostly studied in my paper, then I find the main factors that affect the changing of the water quality in Wuhan urban reach of Hanjiang River and the source of pollution to NH3-N. This could provide some significance to the controlling of contamination with nitrogen and the adjust of industry overall arrangement in Wuhan urban reach of Hanjiang River for the aftertime.
