Polyaniline(PANI) have been widly applied in technology such as rechargeable batteries, electrochromism, electromagnetic interference shielding and metal anticorrosion because of their variable structure, environmental stability and relative high conductivity. Since PANI possess big rigidity, big polarity, bad mechanical capability, unsoluble and unfusion, so PANI are very difficult to process and these lead to difficultly apply in most fields. We have mainly studied the processibling of PANI by the preparation of soluble doped PANI and its composites.Doped conducting PANI were directly synthesized by using tungstic acid peroxide(TAP) as a homogeneous catalyst in the presence of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid(DBSA). After reaction was over, water and low molecule side-product in reaction system were disposed by azetropic distillation, the prodct dissolved well in some common organic solvents. The oxidant(TAP-H2O2), DBSA, reaction temperature and time on the yield and conductivity of the doped PANI were studied. And the solubility of doped PANI particles in organic solvents was investigated. The doped PANI were characterized by TG, FT-IR, UV-VIS and 1H-NMR et al.PANI/PVC composites were prepared by in-stiu polymerization, the composites have great heat-stability and high conductivity, the molar ratio of ANI and PVC on conductivity of the composites were discussed. Anticorrosion coating of doped PANI and epoxy resin(E-44) were prepared by solution blend, Hardener(DETA) and PANI on rigidity, wet adhesion and anticorrosion were studied, the best proportion of anticorrosion coating was E-44 : DETA :PANI=100 : 20 I 1020, through these test results, the proportion coating showed great anticorrosion property in accelerating immersion. At first, Silica particles were synthesized by precipitation, then PANI/SiO2 composite particles were prepared by in-stiu polymerization, the composite particles have great conductivity and heat-stability. PANI/SiO2 could make tin surface passivation as well as pure PANI, it was cheap corrosion inhibition that used in anticorrosion coating, at the same time it could use as anticorrosion filler which would play down the cost of PANI anticorrosion filler.
