In this paper, the research progress of conductive polymers and Conducting polyaniline composite materials are systematically summarize. Prepared SA/PANI conductive polymers,SA-PANI/WSF and SA-DBSA-PANI/WSF Conducting polyaniline composite material. Theoretical analysis is carried out and PAN I is characterized by Modern Analysis and Testing Technology. And the extents of factors affecting the conductivity of PANI were analyzed quantitatively using the grey relational analysis with the order. On the foundation of results of the experiments, basing on grey theory, the grey forecast model of the conductivity of PANI was built.The conductivity of PANI was predicted and simulated. Specific researches as follows:1.With sulfamic acid(SA) as dopant, ammonium persulfate(APS) as oxidant, prepared doped conductive Polyaniline(PANI) via chemical oxidation polymerization. We researched the effect of these factors to the conductivity of PANI. And the extents of factors affecting the conductivity of PANI were analyzed quantitatively using the grey relational analysis with the order of the factors. On the foundation of results of the experiments, basing on grey theory, the grey forecast model of the conductivity of SA-DBSA-PANI/WSF was built with partial-data of experiment.The conductivity of SA-DBSA-PANI/WSF was predicted and simulated.
