In the course of the cement production ,raw meal homogenization is very important means to guarantee the cement stability and quality .Adopting the technology of homogenization could rationally get the best homo-effect and afford an eligible production to the demand .In all kinds of raw meal homogenization silo or material silo, the amount of storage in silo will influence an enterprise's production progress and safety directly .So in the production management, material level monitor is a great important and unignorable link in the cement production.The article researches and analyses the advantages and shortcomes of the various kinds of domestic and international raw meal homogenization silo and different charge level indicators' design ideas, summarizes various kinds of existing raw meal homogenization silo and existing charge level indicators .It also puts forward a method that carries on technology transformation to get the best homo-effect on the basis of trying not to change current existing silo equipment ,which mostly contraposes the laggard and small-scale cement plant with comparatively backward technology especially some vetical kiln cement enterprises. At the same time, it designs a kind of fixed charge level monitor system —Charge level indicator with sway ,which including two types of electric machine style and electromagnetism style .The charge level indicator and the homogenization silo can be made up of a automatic homogenization system ,which can save manpower raise productivity competence level and automatic competence level.In order to qualitative validate the homo-effect of the new type raw meal homogenization silo,a homogenization silo model is designed which is at a real rate of 10:1 proportion dwindle to imitate the experiment of homogenization .At the same time, the experiment of dependability and practicability is done with the Charge level indicator with sway .The experiment result indicates that the homogenization coefficient can reach more than 3.66 in the single homogenization silo with four points baiting, and can beyond 4.26 when the number of baiting point is eight.The homo-effect of the new-type homogenization silo is much better than before .The Charge level indicator with sway is steady and reliable ,and can not be interrupted with moistur, dust, electric signal etc.But the price of it is still very cheap.The article gives a detailed explanation about mechanical design , control circuit and relevant software of the homogenization silo and Charge level indicator with sway . AT89S52 single-chip computer ,which is used in the homogenization silo and Charge levelindicator as the main controller ,adds some corresponding peripheral circuit to realize the intellectual control and communication.The new-type homogenization silo carrys on proper technology transformation on the basis of fomer existing equipment,which can get better homo-effect, the Charge level indicator with sway is simple but steady and low fabrication cost ,which can be used independently or with the new-type homogenization silo on-linly .It also has high practical value.
