CNC is the main technique of the current manufacture machine.Normal machine which used by the company are refined by this technique.For most of all,the efficency of the equipment is promoted,the large investment is avoided,and is applied by the equipment refined of the enterprise.This paper introduces the exploration and development of a principal and subordinate control system of a certain economic NC machine,taking the double-used multifunctional machine which is minitype as the object of study.The design utilizes PC for upper machine,takes the Atme189S52 as the core of the SCM system which is the lower machine,considers the LPT as the two formers' communicating interface. All of these comprise the principal and subordinate control system.The curing process of the machine is:the upper machine sends the NC instruction and parameter which are coded to the lower machine whose work is controlled.According to the PC's code,the lower machine sends out impulse to step motor after which brings about the bar's turning,and realizes the product processing.In order to use the abundants software and hardware resources of IPC and to compile software of system which is friendly to users,and in order to compile the control software of execution machinery by C and Assembly language.At the same time,this CNC system adopts the master-slave structure and parallel communication method.The master computer sends control instructions and parameters to the slave computer under Windows XP,for the sake of making the slave computer work well.There are five principal parts in the full text:the summary of CNC and this control system;the reform of the machine and the introduce of electromotor;the generally design of single-chip computer and the design of hardware;the development program of the slave computer;the frame design of the host computer software.
