On the basis of the ferment system of microbe, this paper built the method of measurement of lincomycin in fermentation broth, optimized the multi-extraction system, and researched the extracting and stripping technologies. And the mechanism of process, kinetics of extraction and extraction of adding inorganic salt to the broth were studied, also.1 .Method of measurement of lincomycin concentration in fermentation broth by HPLC was proposed. It was analyzed by HPLC on a column of Zorbax Extend-C18 with 0.05mol/L borax (85% phosphoric acid to pH 6.0)-methanol (Vzorbax:Vmethanol=40:60) as mobile phase. The speed of mobile phase was 0.8mL/min and the detection wavelength of UV detector was 214nm. The liner relationship between peak area and the concentration(0. 1 5mg/ml) was obtained and was A=5402.96023C, r=0.99978 .2.Extraction of lincomycin from fermentation broth, by multi-extractant (B-S), was studied. Method of measurement of lincomycin concentration in solvent phase was proposed. The optimum technologies of the extraction were extratant-B 50%(V/V),pH=10.5,normal temperature and phase ro/A=0.5 . The extractive rate was higher than 92%. The distribution curve of Extraction was protracted and the equation was Yo,t=10(XA,t-0.04)05. The synergistic extraction was reviewed. The largest synergistic coefficient was 1.81 when the concentration of extractant-B was 50%(V/V).3.The stripping process can be achieved. The pH of stripping water was lower than 1.2, the temperature was normal temperature, and the phase ratio (ra/o) was 1/3. These were the optimum technologies. The distribution curve of stripping process was plotted and the equationwas YO,t=0.01554(1+XA,t)1.5.4.Extractive mechanism of the multi-extractant for lincomycin is researched. The effects of pH and conductance on extraction are studies. The conclusion can be drawn that it extracts lincomycin through a solvate mechanism on the condition of alkalescence. The composition of extracted complex obtained by means of slope method is different from that obtained by meansof saturation method. It is because of the dissimilitude of the concentration of lincomycin and solvents in extracted phase.5.It researched the extraction kinetics, and obtained the experimental equation:The extractive pattern was kinetics pattern through the little contact.6.The technology of extraction with adding inorganic salt to the fermentation broth was studied. It built a method of measurement of extractant-B concentration in aqueous phase. NaCl had higher effect than others. Adding NaCl 8g/100mL to aqueous phase, the solubility of eatractant-B declined to 1.5mL/100mL from 2.3mL/100mL and the extractive rate raised to 96% from 91.2%.
