The treatment of industrial wastewater contaminated by Cr(VI) is a difficulty in water treatment technics. The research work of recent years indicate: microbial treatment technology is a promising direction, In order to solve some existing problem in the technics , in this dissertation, the separation and selection of stain which can remove Cr(VI) with high potency are studied . the growth orderl iness of the stain i s also described . The result of this research show:1 Sulfate-Reducting Bacteria(SRB) can be separated by the integration of spread plate method and streak plate method and culture dish sandwich anaerobic method.2 Strain BX311 and strain PX21 are obtained . They are identified as stain Escherichia coli CFT073 by the analysis of 16sRNA gene sequence method.3 In 15 hours, Strain BX311 can remove almost all the in Cr(VI) 200mg/L Cr(VI) solution in 37°C with ratio of bacteria and wastewater is 1:2.4 When Strain BX311 reacts with Cr(VI) the DO in the reactive system should disadvantage the stain while Fe can improve the removal of Cr(VI).This study of us can be the base of subsequent separation , selection and identification of SRB. And it also help to study the treatment of wastewater contaminated by Cr(VI) with the microbial technology.
