The 22 milk bacilli was separated from the 5 samples collected from Wulabatu ,Mongolia and 2 samples collected from Xilinggele, Inner Mongolia of China. The probiotics that has the antagonistic effects on the normal intestinal pathogens , can resist the human intestinal ill environment and has the benefit effects on the Bifidobacteria were screened out by the methods of out-body tests. The results of the tests of resistance of the object bacteria to the intestinal ill environment showed that the livability of the thalli of MG1-10,MG3-4,MG3-3,MG2-8,XG2-3,XG3-1 and MG3-1 in the acid simulation stomach liquid can reach over 90% in 2 hours.Among them, the bacteria of MG1-10,MG3-4,MG3-3 and MG2-8 can living in the bile with high concentration of 0.5%. The tests of resistance to the normal pathogens of human body showed that the bacteria tested has the suppressing effects on the pathogens in some extent , and among them, the bacteria of MG3-3 and MG1-12 have the most significant suppressing effect on the ZHHE's bacterium.。All the bacteria tested have the significant suppressing effect on the intestinal colo bacillus. In addition, the study has taken a preliminary quest for the microbiotic relationship between MG3-3 and bifidobacteria, the results indicated that the MG3-3 had the promoting effect on the growth and acid production of the bifidobacteria when they were cultetred together. The bifidobacteria had neither promoting on nor the suppressing effects on the growth and acid production of the bacterium MG3-3.
