The metallized complexed azo dyes are important metallized complexed dyes used for protein (wool and silk) and polyamide fibers. Conventional metallized azo dyes, containing heavy metal ions such as chromium (III), cobalt (II) produce a large amount of industrial wastewater, which seriously polluting the ecological environment. Since 1980s, the contents of heavy metal ions Cr3+, Co2+ have strictly been limited in textile. At the same time, the price of iron salt and aluminum salt is far lower than chromium salt and cobalt salt. So, it is very important to find environmentally friendly iron complex dyes as viable alternatives.In this paper, 1- (p-Chlorophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, 0-Chloroacetoacetanilide, 1- (m-sulfonamide) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone were selected as coupling components to react with respectively with the diazotization components, 3-Amino-4hydroxypenyl sulfonamide,2-Amino-4-Cholrophenyl phenol, 2-Amino-5-nitryl phenol to have synthesized to four mordant dyes, for preparation of twenty metallized complexed azo dyes. Also, and the structures and the character of the metallized mordant dyes were determined by IR, API-ES, UV. In synthesizing the 1 ∶. 2 iron, aluminium and lanthanon complex dyes, the pH value of reaction system was 7. 58. 5, whereas that in preparation tmperature were all 7580℃. The yield were above 85.0%.By the visible spectra analysis, the structure of the complexed dyes were determined and the metallized complexed dyes characterized, which showing that the maximum absorption wavelength of metallized complexes is between 392nm500nm, which showed the color of fresh yellow and red. By atmospheric pressure electrospray ionization and soft ionization technology, the molecular weight of the metallized complexed azo dyes was exactly measured, thereby the molecular formula was determined.The application of 1 ∶ 2 iron, aluminium and lanthanon complex dyes to wool and polyamide fabrics was satisfactory, through measuring, the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed wool and polyamide fabrics proved good, which showed that fastness properties was good. The experiment displayed that the exhaustion of all these dyes is over 85% in the 3%(o. w. f%).
