In this paper ,through analyzing the phase of Na2O—MgO—Al2O3—SiO2 in detail ,we defined the new stock composition of the household MG strengthen porcelain ,and developed the MG strengthen porcelain with such good merits as excellent whiteness , high mechanical robustness (220MPa), broad sintering temperature (40℃) and good heat stability .On the other hand ,we developed the low temperature fritted glaze suitable for MG porcelain, achieved the double sintering of talcum porcelain . In addition , we attempted to reinforce the porcelain matrix by T-ZnO whiskers .Through analyzing the ternary system phase diagram of MgO—Al2O3—SiO2, we found that the composition site of talcum porcelain body was on the line of kaolinite (Al2O3 ? 2SiO2) and talcum (3MgO ? 4SiO2) in the system phrase , the site was close to the boundary of cristobalite and protoenstatite .Many studies indicted that the body could achieved broad range of sintering temperature when the proportion of talum (3MgO ·4SiO2) and kaolinite (Al2O3·2SiO2) was greater than four , so it could be determined that the percentage of clay was approximately 15 percent .Further studied on the system phase of Na2O ? Al2O3 ? 2SiO2-2MgO ? SiO2 —SiO2 . we found that when the ratio of talcum and albite was between 7.2 and 2.7, there were a lot of crystal of protoenstatite and relatively less cristobalite crystal could be produced in the body , and it could be seen that in the protoenstatite primary crystal range , the isothermal lines were comparatively sparse , it showed that the body could achieve broad sintering temperature .According to the analysis above , we set a series of stock composition , prepared samples, measured the volume density , bending resistance, shock resistance and deformation angle, comprehensively compared each performance , we made the reasonable stock composition.We measured the stock with TG/DTA, and set a reasonable sintering system in the light of the standard TG/DTA curve of kaolinite and talcum .In this experiment , we carefully studied two preparing slurry processes —fine grinded every raw material and mixing milled, mixing milled various materials...
