| Chlorpyrifos was broad spectrum organophosphorus insecticide with moderate toxicity,which had contact poisoning,stomach poisoning and fumigation poisoning. It had good control to many kinds of pests on rice, cotton, wheat,vegetable and fruit trees etc.At present,it has been popularized in land, but its dosage form was too single. They were Emulsion and Granule form.Especially in the whole system of emulsion, organic solvent toke up above 45%, which was harmful to human and environments heavily. In order to reduce pollution and bring down its bad effects to Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann,Pieris rapae Linne,and Heliothis armigera Hubner,the prescription and popularization of 30% chlorpyrifos ME was reached. The research could be summaried as followed:1. The prescription of 30% chlorpyrifos ME was filtrated.According to its physical and chemical properties, the xylene and tap water was selected as the solvent.EO-PO block surface-active agent and NPEPO4 is mixed as the proportion 4:1,used n-butyl alcohol as the surface-active agent,30% chlorpyrifos ME could be produced at the similar process to Emulsion.2.According to the FAO specification, the storage stability test of 30% chlorpyrifos ME was carried on at 0℃(0±2℃) for seven days.Aftershaking it lightly,there were no obvious separation granule and oily things.Fast hot storage was also stable(54±2°C,14 days),the relative decomposition rate was 3.7% and all other index was eligible.3. The toxicity of 30% chlorpyritos ME was measured to Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann,Pieris rapae Linne,and Heliothis armigera Hubner, according to the FAO standard and domestic specification.4. According to the experimental efficiency rule of insecticides made by Ministry of Agriculture, PR. China,the efficiency test of 30% chlorpyrifos ME to Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann, Pieris rapae Linne, and Heliothis armigera Hubner.5.Regarding to the successful experience of new products popularization, the popularization scheme of 30% chlorpyrifos ME was compiled.
