In this dissertation, taking chlorpyrifos, malathion and fenvalerate as a model pollutant, ecotoxicity of the three pesticides were evaluated by studying their toxicity and trauma effects on earthworm and Vicia faba. The acute toxicity, the effects on activity of cellulase, catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) of chlorpyrifos, malathion and fenvalerate on earthworm, were studied by using the soil and the filter contact methods respectively. From the biochemistry aspect, toxicity effects of the three pesticides on earthworm were evaluated. Trauma effects of chlorpyrifos, malathion and fenvalerate on DNA were tested by using micronucleus test. From molecule level, some primary discussions of the possible induced mutation were made in the experiments. The results could be summarized as follows:1.By adopting soil and filter paper contact methods respectively, the toxicity of chlorpyrifos on earthworm was tested. Using soil contact method, under the condition of 7 d, the LC50(Lethal concentration for 50% of the test population) and and 95%CL (Confidence limits)value of earthworm was 427.67 (261.9951-698.1151) mg·Kg-1; under the condition of 14 d, the LC50 and 95%CL value of earthworm was 182.21 (174.6417-190.1059) mg·Kg-1; using filter paper contact method, under the condition of 48 h, the LC50 and 95%CL value of earthworm was 12.26(11.6095-12.9170)μg·cm2。2. By using soil and filter paper contact methods respectively, the toxicity of malathion on earthworm was tested. Using soil contact method, under the condition of 7 d, the LC50 and 95%CL value of earthworm was...
