Many articles have reported that chloro nitro diphenyl ethers have great herbicidal activities; chloro amino-diphenyl ethers are useful intermediates to synthesize many insect pests, medicine; chloro-hydroxy-diphenyl ethers are well known to have excellent antimicrobial activities and they are widely applied in cosmetic, medical, deys fields, etc; bromino-hydroxy-diphenyl ethers have great antimicrobial abilities for grampositive-bacteria and gramnegative-bacteria. Recently , In order to further study the synthesises and useness of phenyl ethers, we devoted ourselves to design and synthesize halogenated triphenyl ethers and study their antimicrobial abilities.In the second part of the dissertation, six new chloro-dinitro-triphenyl ethers have been designed and synthesized. the best reaction condition have been gotten by a series of tests, the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR. MS and IR spectra.In the third part of the dissertation, six new chloro-diamino-triphenyl ethers have been designed and synthesized, the best reaction condition have been gotten by a series of tests, the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR. MS and IR spectra.In the fourth part of the dissertation, six new chloro-dihydroxy-triphenyl ethers have been designed and synthesized, the best reaction condition have been gotten by a series of tests, the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR. MS and IR spectra. Their antimicrobial abilities were investigated, the preliminary results indicated that they have antimicrobial abilities on Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcus aureaus (S. aureus), Candida albicans (c. albicans), Staphylococcus albus (s. albus), Proteus vulgaris (p. vulgaris), Diplococcus catarrhalis (D. cata), Pseudomona ssolanacearum (p. solanacearum).In the fifth part of the dissertation, three new dihydroxy-triphenyl ethers which have both cholrine and bromine have been designed and synthesized, the best reaction condition have been gotten by a series of tests, the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR. MS and IR spectra. Their antimicrobial abilities were investigated, the preliminary results indicated that they have good antimicrobial activities on Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcus aureaus (S. aureus), Candida albicans (c. albicans), Staphylococcus albus (s. albus), Proteus vulgaris (p. vulgaris), Diplococcus catarrhalis (D. cata), Pseudomona ssolanacearum (p. solanacearum).21 new compounds were synthesized in this dissertation, their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR. MS and IR spectra. The conclusion of our work provided the research base for the further practical use of phenyl ethers compounds in medicine, agricultural pesticide, herbicides.
