The Studies On The Filtration, Separation And Microencapsulation Of Plant-based Rodenticides From Neem Oil And Castor-oil Plant

In order to control the population density of Rodents and reduce the damages due to the rats action, we filtration Neem oil and Castor from several plant-based candidates, such as Monkshood, Castor, Neem oil, Stellera chamaejasme et al, and then separate the active substances from them.By way of the emulsification/internal gelation method, the preparation of alginate- EudragitSioo microcapsule, which contains Ricin, was established and its principle and characteristic were also investigated. Based on this method, the author used Uniform-design to study the optimal formulation and technology on sustained-release microcapsule form of water-soluble drugs. Then the optimized condition was obtained and the predictive result of the Uniform-design was same as the actual experiment result. The protein incorporation efficiency of the sustained-release microcapsule attains 78% and the encapsulation reach 97.5%. The proportion of the released protein is only 11% in low-pH environment after 3 hour , which indicate the proteinxan be protected commendably.On the contrary, the figure is 50% when located in high-pH environment after 50 minMicroencapsulated Neem oil was also made by complex coacervation with gulatin and gum arabic as wall materials, the authors study its microcapsules characteristic, the encapsulation and carrier reclamation ratio of Neem oil. And theytest the dainty of the microcapsules under ab-lib feeding condition and the plasma protein and amino acids of male rats. The fertility experiment of female rats is also performs by douching microcapsules to male rats. The results show that the preparation can save the medication effectively and play the rats' fertility rate down to 15 percent largely.The happy thing is that the two kinds of microcapsules can cover up the medicament's peculiar smell well, which rise the dainty obviously.
