According to the need for Chinese medicine production, and to achieve the aim of industrialization and medicine-admission, our works are to standardization the process of the production of Indigo Naturals. Our works include:I. The amelioration of Indigo Naturals's production.II. The affection of microbe in Indigo Naturals's production.III. The substance composes of Indigo Naturals. Our works mainly concludes as follow:I. The amelioration of the main process of Indigo Naturals's production: (1) Cuted the stem of Strbilanthes cusia to pieces can improve the content of effective composes to 23.64%;(2) Through muti-factors orthogonal designed experiments, we confirmed the best situation of: water proportion(l :20) temperature(30) and time(30h);(3) Establishment the standard of calcareousness. Request the content ofCaO≥96% MgO≤2% SiO2≤1% Pb≤15ug/g As≤6ug/g(4)Design and manufacture the automatism device of Indigo Natural's production. It can debase the produce cost to 36.66%. And then the effective composes increase to 23.76%.II. The key process of Indigo Naturals's production is the ferment. We investigated the microbes in Jiangyou, and gathering them for purpose to get theaffection in ferment. We found that improved the content of microbes in the ferment can increase the content of effective composes to 9.61%.III. Through HPLC SEM XRD, etc. We understand the substance composes of Indigo Naturals and get new understandings of Indigo Naturals's production. It is mainly about the composition characters and the reason why calcareousness is added in its production.
