The Development And Research Of C4 Catalytic Distillation Hydrogenation Technology

This work - "The Exploitation of C4 Catalytic Distillation Hydrogenation Technology" is a part of the project "The exploitation of new separating technology and process for ethylene plant" which was proposed by Sino-PEC .The purposes of this project is to developing a new technology of removing alkadienes and alkyne from C4 cracking gas, which is called selective catalytic distillation hydrogenation, and to explore the feasibility of the new technology and the economic results it can bring out, increasing the output of butylene, improving the comprehensive utilization ratio of C4 fraction, simplifying the technology folw, reducing the investment and cost.In this thesis, the reaction kinetics of C4 liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation is established on the basis of the experimental data offered by Qilu Petro-Chemical Company Research Institute. The program of calculating the C4 catalytic distillation hydrogenation tower is advanced, using this program the modeling calculation of different technology plans in C4 catalytic distillation tower is carried out.New technological design for C4 process is proposed on the basis ofsimulate calculating. Compared with the traditional technology flow the new one is more simple and can reduce production costs, increase the economic results.
