Precision Extrusion is one of processing ways, which can greatly improve the precision of articles by optimizing structure of the equipment, controlling processing technology , precisely controlling appliance.And the benefit from precision extrusion is obvious. The main process factors affecting articles such as the temperature distribution and screw velocity were discussed quantitatively.The main contents of this paper are as follow: How the processing conditions affect the polymer structure, properties and morphology .The author has found the relation between temperature, rotational speed of the screw and productivity of single screw extruder.Thus, the quantitative and qualitative conclusions here possess certain practicality in engineering. For example, it will help to get required hollow articles with reasonable wall thickness distribution and uniform physical and mechanical properties.
