Based on theoretic analysis of Fourier heat transfer law and first thermodynamic law . we program the heat transfer numerical simulate programme of one dimension and of two dimensions that fit laser irradiation. Based on analysis of the process of metal ablation, model predigested is coupled in programme of heat transfer numerical simulate of two dimension, the numerical method of how to deal with process of metal ablation is researched, and numerical simulate programme of two dimensions is programmed. We depict how to deal with displacement boundary and ablated cell in this text.Problem of metal target ablated by laser is numerical simulated and analyzed by the programme. It's draw a conclusion that melt velocity is independent of shine time for same material and parameter of laser . It increases along with density of laser energy linearly, melt velocity is relate to melt enthalpy consanguineous. There is a inverse ratio between melt enthalpy and melt velocity. Shape of melt bore is relate to density of laser energy and velocity of conduction nearly.Along with increasing shine time, size of melt bore catch up facula radius gradually. Shape of bottom of melt bore is affected by velocity of conduction chiefly. Numerical simulate conclusion of melt velocity is correspond to data of experiment nearly. After analyze and compare ,it can draw a conclusion that our way is feasible, numerical simulate conclusion of heat transfer is believable, and numerical simulate conclusion of ablation is in reason determine the nature.
