The board belted steel is one of the main varieties of the steel products, widely applied to the following departments , such as shipbuilding , architecture , auto industry , chemical industry , machinery , electric apparatus making , war industry , light industry and food industry ,etc. extensively, the stiff strip is still raw materials producing the welded still pipe , welding section steel and cold curved section steel in addition. In several mainly steel produced country of developed country, board proportion in the rolling steel of belted steel has already been up to 50-60% , board with steel production engineering level and proportion accounted for among rolling material, can be one of the sign weigh the development level of one country steel rolling production. With the rapid development of national economy , have all put forward the strict request to the board variety specification , precision of size and performance with material. The majestic special steel firm of group of ChuanWei combines the actual conditions of our firm according to the development of the advanced technology both at home and abroad, put one 950 board belted steel half-tandem rolling production line into operation (single framework two roller reversible type thick rolling mill in succession --Hot cases --Seven frameworks and four rollers of precise rolling mill groups --A fetching machine). In order to keep the productive progress smoothly and obtain high size precision, good performance product, the rolling craft parameter must be simulated accurately. Thesis orient to the character of this production line, carried on simple exposition to the technological level and the rolling-mill condition, and combine the rolling technological development both at home and abroad, analyzed and researched the actual conditions of the production line , set up the mathematics model which accords with the whole production line (deform district technical parameter model, the strength can parameter model, the temperature model, restrain condition model ,etc. of), after calculating out every parameter initial value through the model that is set up , put the focal point in the optimization of the rolling rules, in order to get the best(the minimum consumption, homogeneous load, the best shape) rolling rules, also revised the model according to the data of surveying finally. The key question of the thesis is the optimization design of rolling rules. This theory of unity and coherence in writing integrates with practice, has set up the mathematics model which accords with this production line actual conditions, and has carried on optimization design in rolling rules out on this basis, is favorable to the harmony with automatically controlled whole production line, and has reduced a large amount of energy consumption, has created good economic benefits for the factory.
