To improve the manufacturing capability of shoe tree in our country and enhancethe market competition, this paper studys a new method of motion control formachining shoe tree with NC machinetool. This paper discusses a method ofoptimizing the transmission system ,analyzing the stability of Servo System andascertaining every gains of servo system through dynamics emulation, analyzing themotion control of velocity and acceleration, programming to build NC programautomatically and developping a trajectory emulation software to emulate the tool'smachining movement. To match the load characteristic of shoe tree CNC machine tool's transmissionsystem more reasonably ,minimize the moment of inertia and react to the change ofvelocity and acceleration in every axis quickly ,this paper introduces a method ofbuilding the mathematics model based on motor′s load to optimize the transmissionsystems ,distribute the total speed rate and analyse the transmission systems to chosethe best transmissionscheme. In order to judge the stability of servo syetem,analyzing the factors affectedmachine tool's dynamics performance ,building the dynamics model according to thedynamics theories, writing out the differential eguation and building the dynamicsmodel with Simulink.Checking out the stability of servo syetem and determining thegains of the servo syetem through computer emulation. To improve the stability of machine tool,this paper analysises a method of motioncontrol to control the velocity and acceleration,compares and analies someacceleration and deceleration algorithms in common use.This paper determines to usethe acceleration and deceleration algorithms of linear acceleration and decelerationprofiles method and analysises the displacement,velocity and acceleration in differenttime of different stage.At last develop a montion control software to ensure thestability of machine toolˊs movement. Building NC program is the premise of NC machining.To improve the efficiencyand veracity of building NC program, this paper introduces a way of making up asoftware to build NC program automatically in C/C++ and develop the software tobuild NC program automatically. Before machining,the NC programs must be checked to examine whether thetrajectory is right or not , whether the tool will overcut or without cut.Basing on C++Builer and Windows ,develop a software to emulate the trajectory and show thetrajectory by OpenGL. To examine the trajectory in different directions through theoperation of remotion,rotation and zoom.
