Shoe Tree's Influence On The Confort Of Women's Shoes

Shoe tree is the basis and key mold of shoe making, the shape of shoe tree determines the shoe style and model. In this article, we research the comfort of shoes through shoe tree.First of all ,writer produced six pairs of shoe tree using different bottom curve, head style, head shoetree thick and pocket as variable quantity. Then writer made leather shoes. The experiment chose female university students with 240 mm shoe size, then we selected date using foot pressure measurement system. We analyzed the each shoe's amount and the area of pressure peak by using data analysis software SPSS. We analyzed the influence of comfort shoetree by comparing the amount and location of the peak pressure, combined with changes of experiment subjects' subjective feeling. I also made statistics for data analysis in the form of questionnaire on subjects wearing habits to provide a reference for data analysis.We used the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analyzed on the shoetree shoes and comfort, and combining the student's subjective feeling, to determine the various indexes. At last writer used Visual Studio to construct the comfortable shoes experimental fuzzy evaluation system whose weight is generated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm.
