Decision Support System(DSS) is a man-machine system which help manager to make decision by using database and model to solve the non-structural and semi-structural problem. In recent years, the DSS combined the artificial intelligence and machine learning and operational research, adopting the DW and OLAP and DM technology, and has formed the IDSS. In the factory management system, the production management system is the most complex. Although the most Chinese iron and steel enterprise oxygen production line is highly automatic, there still have the problem of high oxygen dispersion and low interest of the air gaseous product combination.This paper has researched the iron and steel enterprise oxygen supply optimize decision support system. According the survey, the air separation plant ACS(Advanced Control System)which was imported to adjust the oxygen manufacture, could not match the rate of the consumption change of the oxygen for iron and steel and proved less effective in decrease oxygen dispersion than that expected. The combination of air gaseous product in oxygen manufacture process is irrational and low competitive in market. In 1990's,a Expert DSS was exploited to decrease oxygen dispersion and increase interest of the air gaseous product combination and proved effective. This paper tried to do more research on the EDSS. In this paper, first of all, we modified the parts of the model for most Chinese enterprises current situation. We renewed the oxygen dynamic balance model to make accurate oxygen supply and demand forecast, and coordinated the blast furnace and convertor in repair oxygen supply model to make minimum Oxygen Dispersion rate decision, and improve air gaseous product combination economic model to make multi-purpose optimize decision of minimum Oxygen Dispersion rate and minimum air separation electrical consumption and max air gaseous product revenue for dispatch and oxygen manufacture. Secondly, we finished the system functional and structural design, and introduced the DW and OLAP and DM technology under the other trade experience of the structural design to accumulate the manager experience and add the resource of knowledge of the repository. We selected the tools software and provide the scheme realized. Finally, this paper has given some advices on how to make the DSS adapt the social pipe line net which has just appear on the scene of Chinese industry gas enterprise.
