As an important basic industry,iron and steel industry accounted for 26% of the total national economy,and it enhances China's economic power and comprehensive national strength,also,it has brought up the huge energy consumption in enhancing at the same time.Therefore,presently saving energy and reducing consumption has become an urgent problem in the iron and steel enterprises.Oxygen is an essential produced energy medium in the process of iron and steel enterprise production,the production of electricity accounts for about20% of the total power consumption of iron and steel enterprises.Therefore,oxygen optimization scheduling plays an important role in iron and steel enterprise in saving energy and reducing consumption.In this paper the research object is about iron and steel enterprises,for the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption,and it optimized the scheduling model research,and the main research results are as follows:(1)Because an oxygen dissipation process has the characteristics of highly nonlinear,time-varying,strong coupling and disturbance changed intensely,it is very hard to establish a precise mathematical model of oxygen dissipation system.Therefore,in this paper,an oxygen pipeline pressure prediction method modal based on grey model and genetic algorithm to optimize the oxygen consumption capacity of BP neural network combination forecast model is put forward.Through the example,the prediction method for steel and iron and steel enterprise iron making oxygen consumption forecast of fitting degree is higher,and it has certain practical value.(2)Due to the irregular changes in production link of oxygen consumption,irregular change appears the oxygen pipe network pressure,which lead to readings and some errors between the actual value.Thus,a kind of modal decomposition based on variational(VMD)-sample entropy(SE)and least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)of oxygen pipe network pressure prediction methods was put forward,which improve the prediction veracity.(3)This thesis selected the oxygen system loss rate minimum and system as the objective function of comprehensive income,With oxygen system equipment capacity,technological process as constraint conditions,using mixed integer linear programming method to optimize the oxygen system.Finally,the research results are summarized in this paper,and the research direction of this field in the future was prospected.
