In this thesis, a Mid-Temperature phosphating solution of Zn-Mn-Ca-Ni was prepared . The cylinder crystal in phosphating film has high intensity.In the process,we found that temperature ,TA/FA, time and the ratio of four components are main factors for phosphating.the optimal ratio of Zn,Mn,Ca,Ni in the Mid-Temperature phosphating solution was acquired,and phosphating film dealed with optimal ratio of mentioned above phosphating solution has high corrosion resistance.In order to improve the character of phosphating solution in quality .we added the compound addition , changed the ratio of TA/FA at same time and realized the aim that stabling the solutin decreasing the dust and weight.At last ,though researched on the micro-structure of phosphating film by XRD and SEM,we have found that crystal of the phosphating film are composed of grain and cyclinder ,the relation of the micro-structure of the phosphating film and the ratio of four components was discussed elementarily.
